DELIVERY TIMES
For worldwide orders, processing may take 7–15 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
To ensure timely delivery and proper handling of your package, it is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. This includes:
- Correct abbreviations
- Accurate street numbers
- Building or apartment numbers
- Any necessary route or delivery information
Please double-check your address details before finalizing your order. We cannot be held responsible for:
- Lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information entered at checkout.
- Refused deliveries or failed delivery attempts when the address provided at checkout was accurate and delivery was attempted as scheduled.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. If we do not anticipate restocking the item, it will be canceled from your order. If you paid by credit card, you will not be charged for the canceled item, including any associated taxes or shipping fees.
